My boyfriend and I recently purchased a puppy from this facility. Dallas was the employee that helped us purchase our new furry friend. She was informative, professional, receptive to our needs, snd so great to work with. We are so pleased with how easy this process was. I would 100% recommend this Petland and Dallas!

I called to find out if they had Cockatiels for sale and was informed by Emily that they had three left and that they were selling fast and to act quickly. I told her that I would not be able to get there until after this weekend maybe, that I was just calling for info and also that I live in Obetz. Emily offered to run a Credit approval for me over the phone and sent me pics of the Tiels, so I could pick one out and also offered to bring the Tiel to me, since she lived close by after her work hours. However I decided to make the drive and before I knew it I had purchased my lovely addition to my family and also everything I needed and wanted for my Tiels. Emily was knowledgeable and very helpful with all my needs. She went above and beyond to make this an easy and pleasant transaction ..Thank you for all your Help Emily. I have went there for years starting when I first bought my leopard gecko, To growing my little leopard gecko family, To of course buying them food and tank supplies. My 5 stars are specifically to the worker there named Dallas, she always greets me with a smile on her face ready to help she remembers me by name even if my S/O picks up the food for a while and I don't come in months at a time. she makes my trip to the pet store 10x better. I actually recently made a move farther away to where I happen to be closer to the Athens branch but I would rather make the drive to Lancaster any day if that means I get to see Dallas she makes it seem like she really cares for my 4 legged children. thank you Dallas for everything you do.

I came into this store looking for a good light for my turtle. Tyler K went above and beyond to help me find not only the best light for my turtle but also the best deal for the product. He also helped me in finding what the best snacks for my turtle are. Great employee. I recommend him for all of your Petland needs.

Kim W. Was a big help today. She gave us great information on cats. Helped us get food and a scratching pad. She was outside but helped us with everything! She deserves a lot of praise for today!!! BTW it was very hot outside.
