The GM here is amazing, super involved with his staff and has his staff on track. The customer service is amazing. I always said I would never purchase animals from a petland but I will the small animals now. They educate you on where the animals are from . I love it here

We worked with Tommy (the manager) and Ethan. Tommy was so patient and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions, to explain different things about our puppy, about petland and all her records she is coming home with. We worked with a lady at the front desk who was helping train, and she was wonderful. She explained all of our papers, anything we were unsure about she explained to us. We walked in on a busy Saturday afternoon, and left within an hour and a half! Such a great experience and we had such a great team of helpers to help us take our furever friend home!

Love Petland, they have everything for our dogs that we could ever need. Bonus is that everyone is so helpful and nice not to mention we have bought 3 wonderful puppies from them over the years with no problems. Love love love

Place is really good to navigate if you're disabled. Plenty of room to get around and clean, clear aisles.
They sell animals here, so you can stop in see and pet them. They're all terribly expensive though, and they are pet shop animals (can't recommend supporting it by buying pets at them). Sell pet supplies though, so they do have reason to come if you need pet supplies. Food seems more expensive here, but not bad for pet accessories like leashes, cages, etc.Bailey Rose

The staff here are amazing! I just got my new puppy Bo here! They made sure I had everything I needed and were very patient with me. I will definitely be going there from now. :)
