I called to find out if they had Cockatiels for sale and was informed by Emily that they had three left and that they were selling fast and to act quickly. I told her that I would not be able to get there until after this weekend maybe, that I was just calling for info and also that I live in Obetz. Emily offered to run a Credit approval for me over the phone and sent me pics of the Tiels, so I could pick one out and also offered to bring the Tiel to me, since she lived close by after her work hours. However I decided to make the drive and before I knew it I had purchased my lovely addition to my family and also everything I needed and wanted for my Tiels. Emily was knowledgeable and very helpful with all my needs. She went above and beyond to make this an easy and pleasant transaction ..Thank you for all your Help Emily.
